What are all the different things about a home that needs to be looked @ that could run electric bill up? - all things scuba

I have moved recently. My electric bill in the House is very high. I must discuss with the landlord. But I want to be better prepared. W What could the problem all / at home because of an electricity bill to increase too high? (I know that if we use more water, so that more light, etc.,. I see it for things I could be wrong w / a house for that reason). There are some gaps in the doors, the outside, so that is one thing. What are the other things that I ask to be reviewed? Thank you!
