It takes a considerable amount of time to a lower quality on the Internet shows via cable, download, however, play in crystal clear high definition digital cable. Even cable, why so slow on the Internet?

I think the bandwidth, or "pipe size", cable TV is dedicated to much greater use than by the cable modem. Leave other words, the restriction of data flow that keeps your computer. If they are much more velocity is likely to pay much more because it would be more demand on their systems.
