Can you convert an old uhf/vhf/catv male connector on a televisionto an S cable..? - uhf connector

TV is a bit old and I want to connect our DVD player, but only three pieces of color and male video cable up .... The old TV is the thing in the screw cap. .... please help?

You need an RF modulator. Take the signal from composite / component video and broadcasts on channel 3 / 4, so you can see a single television.
They cost between $ 5 - $ 25, if necessary, go and choose a Radio Shack or online store you can find some cheap too.

If your "colored male parts are" yellow, white and red, then you'll probably find something that can be purchased for $ 5 - $ 10 or less - Regular composite.

If they are green, blue, red, then it does not bother and go for a modulator, an S-Video for about $ 20 has (in this case, you may still use the white and red) but not yellow.

The screw is a little thing on the antenna input. E Eoutputs are on the DVD S-Video and composite. Both are signs of an antenna. You need a video converter that converts the antenna. These are excist but probably too expensive compared to a new TV.
